It was incredibly rich and delicious. I never would have guessed it was plant-based!
The flavor is AMAZING! I love spicy flavors but I’m the pickiest eater in the world when it comes to textures so there aren’t any cup noodles that I can enjoy- UNTIL NOW! These noodles had the perfect consistency, and I loved that the veggies were in a separate packet so I could give them to my partner to eat them instead. Perfect flavor and I hope you never change the recipe.
So delicious! I was very impressed with the depth of flavor in this ramen. I loved the texture of the noodles and was surprised with the amount of noodles in each cup when compared to other cup ramen. I've tried multiple vegan and varying ramen brands that emphasize healthier alternatives but this is the first I will be buying repeatedly.

I was looking for vegan noodles and tried several brands, but none of them were very flavorful. Finally, I found this one, and it's really good!! If you like spicy food, I highly recommend the Spicy Miso flavor. 🌶️🍜
